Suaz Tech ("the Agency") operates as a digital design and development firm. All projects commence only upon mutual agreement of the project brief and the receipt of the initial deposit.

Design Revisions

Our fixed-price packages include a specified number of revisions (e.g., 2 revisions for Basic Logos, 3-4 for Standard). Any revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately at our standard hourly rate. Major architectural shifts after the "Concept Approval" phase are considered new scope and will be quoted accordingly.

To ensure commitment and allocate optimal resources to your project, we employ a phased payment structure. By initiating a project, you agree to the following milestone schedule:

• 50%
  Upfront DepositRequired to officially commence the project, lock in the timeline, and begin initial Discovery & Design phases.
• 20%
  First Testing DeploymentDue upon delivery of the first functional build or staging server deployment for client review and interaction.
• 30%
  Post-Deployment / HandoverDue upon final approval, prior to transferring ownership, source code, or pushing the site to the live production server.

We stand by the quality of our code. After your project is successfully deployed to production, we provide complimentary technical support to address critical bugs and guarantee smooth operation. The duration varies by project type:

Paid Support: After the complimentary period expires, further maintenance, feature additions, or extended support will be charged on a per-need basis, formulated as custom quotes rather than fixed global pricing.

To ensure total security and mutual trust, formal digital contracts or bonds may be drafted and signed upon the initiation of larger-scale or enterprise-level projects. This protects both the intellectual property of the Client and the operational integrity of the Agency. All digital signatures adhere to standard e-signature regulations and are considered legally binding.

While we employ industry-standard practices in Digital Design and Development, our liability is strictly limited to the value of the custom work delivered. We are not responsible for lost profits, data breaches on third-party host servers, or unapproved alterations made by the client.

These Terms & Conditions, alongside our Privacy Policy, are subject to change based on internal operational decisions. Updates may or may not affect ongoing projects and contracts.

In the event of a material change that directly impacts active projects, active subscriptions, or legal obligations, all affected clients will be notified digitally (via email) prior to the implementation of the changes, ensuring you are never caught entirely off guard.
